Fitting Hedkayse | ONE
HOW TO FIT
1. REAR STRAP
Before placing the helmet on your head, ensure the rear 'whale tail' is enclosed by the two rear side pieces, and the rear 'hook-and-loop' strap is threaded through the second black plastic 'k-clip'.
2. X-STRAP
Ensure the branded 'Enkayse" X-shaped piece is centred at the base of the helmet.
Tighten the rear 'hook-and-loop' strap until the helmet feels snug but not constricting. Making sure the strap is securely fastened to itself
3. SIDE BUCKLE
When adjusted, the side buckle should sit below your ear but above the jawline, with the two webbing straps forming a ‘T’ as shown.
4. CHIN CLIP RATCHET
The helmet should sit 1-2 centimetres above your eyebrows - not so far forwards that it obscures your vision, and not too far backward that it exposes any more of your forehead.
5. COMFORT FIT
A comfortable fit should be tight but will also allow you to get three fingers between the clip and your neck without feeling discomfort.
6. LOOSE ENDS
All loose ends (4 ends total) can be secured using the rubber rings. For an extra secure fit, tuck/fold the webbing ends back towards themselves to make the webbing 3 layers thick and then secure tightly with the rings.
